    Una vez que la cebolla está frita, echamos la calabaza y las patatas. Movemos bien y dejamos 5 minutos en modo cocina rápida.
  4. Añadimos el agua, la pastilla de avecrem disuelta y un poco de sal. Modo horno 30-35 minutos.

    Batimos con una batidora, añadimos la nata, mezclamos hasta que se integre bien, damos un hervor, rectificamos de sal, si fuera necesario y ya tendremos lista una deliciosa crema.
