- Pasado este tiempo, golpeamos la masa para sacarle el aire
- Engrasamos un molde y, después de darle forma, colocamos la masa. Dejamos que repose una hora (yo la dejé 2 horas).
- Pintamos con huevo y si queremos espolvoreamos pipas de calabaza o girasol.
- Calentamos el horno a 240°C y horneamos durante 40'
- NOTA: A mí me encantan los panes con nueces y pasas así que le añadí a la masa un puñadito de pasas y cacahuetes (porque no tenía nueces). Quedó perfecto
