Tenía en casa una calabaza bastante grande y se me ocurrió hacer un bizcocho para irle dando salida. El resultado muy rico. Os recomiendo usar calabaza de producción ecológica, el sabor es mucho más rico y además es más sana!!

  1. Cortar la calabaza en dados y poner en microondas durante 15 minutos a potencia máxima. Comprobar que está bien cocida, si no fuese así ir poniendo otra vez de minuto en minuto hasta que lo esté.

    Mezclar todo con la batidora, untar molde con mantequilla y 30 minutos en el horno a 170°

  4. Untar con mantequilla el molde en el cual vamos a hacer el bizcocho y echarle la mezcla
  5. Meter al horno precalentado a 170° durante 30 minutos comprobando que no se queme
  6. Pinchar con un cuchillo y si sale limpio es que ya está hecho, si no, volver a meter al horno e ir comprobando de vez en cuando.
  7. Una vez frío desmoldar y a disfrutar del bizcocho!!
