- Pasados esos minutos, añadimos la harissa, los tomates troceados y en el mismo bote de los tomates añadimos un poquito de agua (1/4 de bote) y lo añadimos a la sartén. Volvemos a tapar y dejamos cocinar hasta que la patata esté blanda y completamente cocinada.
- Agregamos las hojas del perejil y sal al gusto. Removemos muy bien.
- Con el dorso de un cucharón hacemos unos huequitos en la sartén y echamos un huevo en cada hueco. Tapamos de nuevo y dejamos cocinar hasta que alcancen el punto de cocción que más nos guste. ¡Y listo!
