  1. Ponemos la calabaza en un plato y la cocemos en el microondas hasta que quede lo suficientemente blanda (5mins) para triturarla y que quede con textura de puré (para mejor textura pasarlo por la batidora).
  2. En una sartén a fuego fuerte echamos las almendras con la stevia y las "freímos".
  3. Derretimos el chocolate al baño maría removiéndolo con una lengua de gato y cuando esté casi derretido echamos el aceite de coco y lo removemos con la lengua hasta que quede líquido e integrado.
  4. Una vez integrado el chocolate y el aceite de coco, echamos la calabaza y la integramos totalmente.
  5. Por último añadimos las almendras y vertemos la mezcla en un molde.
  6. Metemos el molde en la nevera durante 3 o 4 horas, o 1 en el congelador y.. Listo!!
