- 1 pimiento rojo

- Pelamos las habas y desgranamos.
- Pelamos las alcachofas y troceamos en cuatro trozos cada una.

- En una cacerola echamos agua con una pastilla de caldo concentrado y un chorreón de aceite de oliva y cuando comience a hervir añadimos el arroz y cocemos durante 10 minutos y escurrimos.
- Salteamos los espárragos en una sartén con unas gotas de aceite de oliva y un poco de sal.
- Salteamos los tomatitos con un poco de sal.
- En una cacerola echamos un poco de aceite de oliva junto con los pimientos, la chalota y el calabacín con un poco de sal y salteamos unos 3-4 minutos a continuación echamos las verduras al vapor que hemos cocido, los guisantes, salteamos un minutos y añadimos el arroz cocido, los espárragos, los tomatitos y salteamos otro minutos más y listo nuestro arroz.
