En otra ensaladera, batir la mantequilla pomada con el azúcar glass hasta obtener una consistencia suave y un poco blanca. Añadir a la mantequilla las 3 yemas y batir fuerte un minuto. Después añadir el zumo de limón y 2 cucharas de mermelada y batir de nuevo.
    Añadir la harina y el polvo de almendras y mezclar con la espátula.
  2. Añadir el merengue en 3 veces con la espátula. Poner la masa en un molde engrasado en el horno 50 minutos.
  3. Dejar enfriar, desmoldar y untar un poco de mermelada.
