  4. Mientras, preparamos un majado: ponemos a tostar ligeramente unas hebras de azafrán y, en un mortero, ponemos los ajos, el clavo
  5. Pimienta en grano, pimentón dulce y el azafrán
  6. Completamos con sal marina y majamos
  7. Cuando esté, diluimos con un cucharón de caldo
  8. Lo llevamos al caldero tapamos y dejamos que se haga durante una hora con un hervor suave
  9. Pasado este tiempo, retiramos el tomate y la cebolla
  10. También retiramos las carnes, si no nos gusta que se nos deshagan mucho
