Tamizamos la harina con la levadura química o polvo de hornear en dos o tres veces y vamos mezclando que se integre cuando ya tenemos estos ingredientes bien mezclados vamos añadiendo las claras a punto de nieve y lo integramos todo.
- Pondremos en el molde que tenemos engrasado y espolvoreado de harina las almendras tostadas (opcional). El horno lo tendremos precalentado entre 180/190ºC calor arriba y abajo durante 55 minutos aprx. Pasado el tiempo de cocción dejaremos enfriar en una rejilla antes de desmoldar y añadiremos algo de azúcar glas (si queremos) y listo para comer
