  7. Agregar el arroz (utilicé doble carolina) y sal a gusto.
  8. Una vez que se absorbe el agua del arroz, agregar una taza más y seguir controlando que no se pegue. (Yo necesité 2 tazas y media de agua)
    Lo dejé cocinar 20 minutos así queda cremoso.
  9. Cuando se dore un lado de las milanesas, darlas vuelta y agregar el puré de tomate y el queso. Cocinar hasta que se derrite y listo! Yo les agregué tomate y perejil.
