Cuando la cebolla está transparente agregamos la carne e integramos bien, procurando que no queden bolas de carne. Agregamos sal y una o dos cucharaditas de merkén. Baje a gas medio.

- Lavamos y picamos la espinaca, no demasiado fina

- Adicione las espinacas a la carne y revuelva. Una vez cocidas, corte el gas y reserve.

- Verifique que las papas y la calabaza estén cocidas. Si es así quite toda el agua, con ayuda de un colador. Vuelva a ponerlas en la olla y con un tenedor (o moledor manual) muela groseramente. No queremos que quede demasiado homogéneo. Verifique que tiene sal suficiente.

- Adicione la mezcla de carne y revuelva. Ahora prepare los huevos fritos.

- Sirva en un plato y ponga encima un huevo frito. Espolvoree merkén a gusto. Disfrute!
