- Metemos en el pollo las verduras que habíamos reservado
- Y ahora metemos dentro el limón
- Echamos el líquido en la bandeja. Vino y agua. Incorporamos también la pastilla de avecrem.
- Colocamos los pollos con las pechugas hacia abajo. Metemos en el horno durante 20 minutos. Este tiempo depende del tamaño de los pollos. Pasados los 20 minutos les damos la vuelta y otros 20 minutos. Si vemos que se queda la bandeja sin líquido echamos más agua.
- Ponemos en una bandeja los pollos y en una salsera el líquido. Y a comer!!
