Cuando empiece a dorarse, añadir el tomate rallado y dejar cocinar a fuego medio 4/5 minutos. Apagar el fuego y añadir 1 cucharada de cominos molidos y otra de pimentón dulce. Añadir a la olla, junto con la papa troceada, salar al gusto y dejar cocer 20/30 minutos más a fuego medio.
  4. Si se hace de un día para otro, se asienta y está más rico! Y si a los peques de la casa ponen caras raras a las verduras, triturar con la batidora y añadir 1 cucharada grande de queso cremoso para hacer una crema. Éxito seguro!!
