  6. Ahora echa el arroz y remueve bien hasta que quede bien mezclado y cubre con el agua que has usado para rehidratar las setas (o con caldo si has usado setas frescas)
  7. Deja cocer a fuego medio, unos 20 minutos. Controla la cantidad de líquido y añade más caldo o agua si es necesario
  8. Ralla parmesano por encima cuando falten 5 minutos para complir los 20
  9. Sirve con algo más de parmesano rallado y disfruta 😊
