  3. Ahora salamos de un lado las costeletas, y las mostaceamos del mismo lado que la sal..........cortamos la cebolla en arcos de 5-7mm de ancho.
  4. Cuando se va aproximando el cocido de lo caceroleado, ponemos a derretir la grasa a fuego medio en el fondo de un sartén, luego doramos 4-5min. la cebolla pero antes de los min. la salpimentamos, y ahí la corremos para poner a las 4 costeletas a freírse con la cebolla arribeños.
  5. Colamos lo hervido agregamos la manteca y le damos una amanzada con el pureador manual, a todo esto damos vuelta a las costeletas que se frieron 3-4min.,y luego de tres min. más....
  6. Servimos y almorzamos. La fotoo es del segundo topla ya que me olvidé de sacar la foto antes.
