  6. En un bol batimos la nata para montar, la esencia de vainilla y 2-3 cucharaditas de azúcar. Lo echamos por encima.
  7. Ponemos el resto de hojaldre y los frutos secos que apartamos antes.
  8. Metemos los recipientes en el horno que ya está caliente hasta que esté dorado, unos 20 min a 200º altura media con grill.
  9. Se puede comer caliente o frío, a mi me gusta más frío, lo dejamos que pierda todo el calor y después lo metemos en la nevera.
